What we do

what is breathwork?

Breathwork has been around for thousands of years and is one of the most powerful tools we have to reset the body and mind. There are many types of breathwork, but they all share the same goal—to help you feel more present, more empowered, and more connected to yourself.

At Reset Within, my breathwork practice is deeply aligned with Owaken Breathwork, a trauma-informed, holistic approach that safely guides you into a non-ordinary state of consciousness where real transformation happens.

What Happens in a Breathwork Journey?
I guide you through a mix of activation and restorative breathing techniques, along with energy work, tapping, and sound therapy, to help shift what’s stored in your system. We work with both:

🔥 The Sympathetic Nervous System (Fight/Flight Response) – Activating deep energy and emotions.
🌿 The Parasympathetic Nervous System (Rest/Digest Reset Mode) – Bringing calm, safety, and regulation to your system.

By moving between these states in a safe and controlled way, your nervous system learns resilience, balance, and strength—so you can handle stress, emotions, and daily challenges with more ease.

What to expect

How long is a session?

Each session runs for 2 to 2.5 hours, with the guided breathwork experience itself lasting a minimum of 1 hour. This is deep work, and when you take the time to fully commit to yourself and go all in, you’ll truly feel and experience the power of the breath.
